About Us
Mission and Philosophy
The Powell County Alternative Program's mission is:
- To build positive relationships with students in order to establish feelings of confidence, self-esteem, and respect. We will also use this relationship to effect change in the student's attitudes, values, and motivation toward education, themselves, and others.
